WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Every Zavfino product (exceptions below) are covered by a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace the item at our option should the product fails under normal use within one year of the purchase date. Shipping cost to us for service is not covered. Only products sold by an authorized North American Zavfino dealers or from www.zavfinousa.com are covered by warranty. In order to obtain warranty service, proof of purchase from an authorized Zavfino dealer or via www.zavfinousa.comwebsite must be provided.
Any opened, abused or tampered with items will automatically void the warranty and there will be no refund or replacement.
Confirmed defective products are not subject to restocking fee. Confirmed defective products can be exchanged for the same item or another product. Cost difference is adjusted accordingly by Zavfino. A credit will be applied if the replacement item cost less than the item for exchange. Customer is responsible for paying the difference if the replacement item cost more than the item for exchange. Customer pays shipping on exchanges.
*Exceptions: No warranty for the following items: Fusion mats, record weights or items that require soldering such as fine wires, headshell clips and DIY upgrades that requires soldering.
We offer a 30 day refund/return policy on all new and regular priced items. Returns must be requested and approved within 30 calendar days from purchase date. Approved returns will receive an RMA number and it must be written on the return package. Returned items must be returned in original box and packing material with all original accessories. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may opt for a store credit in order to avoid the 15% restocking fee.
Any promotional items that were included with your order must accompany the return/exchange or that promotional item’s price will be deducted from the credit/refund at full retail price. Zavfinousa. reserves the right to impose an unlimited re-stocking fee, at our discretion, for any returned item that is damaged, opened and internally modified, cosmetically impaired, or returned missing accessories, or with damaged or missing original manufacturer's packaging and materials.

Original shipping fees are never refunded on returns and are always deducted from the refunded sum, including the actual cost of free shipping offered on the original shipping sale.
